Due to the nature of BIC ® Sticky Notes paper, resulting imprints will appear as matte, without shine. The reference colours chosen must be selected from the exact colour guide. BIC ® Sticky Notes are printed using a 4-colour process (CMYK), a technique which adjusts the imprint colour to match the references in the exact colour guide. As such, the resulting imprint may differ slightly from the selected exact colour guide. If a direct exact colour is desired a fifth colour may be chosen from the aforementioned Guide for an additional charge. For more information on achieving the closest colour match for imprints on different products within our catalogue please contact our Customer Service Department. Despite the fact that it’s possible to print on the upper part of the pad (the adhesive area) we can only print up to 60% colour in this area. Apart from the adhesive area, we recommend only printing 30% of the print area of the product to leave space for note taking and avoid poor ink absorption. Shadows or phantom imprints are available at no extra charge. Photographs, line drawings and large logos that cover most of the space at the centre look best. As they are very light, text and phone numbers are not recommended as phantoms. The most appealing shades are about 10%. Be the most original!
